Greenwood Builders UK Ltd was awarded the build for an extension on the side of a property in Banbury. The extension would accommodate an additional 2 bedrooms turning the house from a 3 bedroom to a 5 bedroom.
The first job was to check the structure foundations was adequate enough to be built on, this was checked by a series of trial holes. Works then proceeded to construct the brick extension up to plate followed by a pitched roof which tied in with the existing roof. Greenwood Builders installed UPVC fascias and guttering to the property followed by roofing tiles.
The customer asked for built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms which were formed and bedrooms decorated out to customers requirements.
