Greenwood Builders UK Ltd was awarded the contract for a new build property located in Banbury. This was part of the Cherwell District Council’s ‘Build’ Scheme for affordable housing.
This property had to meet certain criteria set by CDC such as the energy efficiency rating being a key factor.The property underwent an air pressure test. The property also had an Air source heat pump – eco-dan system installed.
