Greenwood Builders UK Ltd was awarded the contract to construct a new build stone house in a village just outside of Banbury, Middleton Cheney. On this particular project, the customer had already carried out the groundwork prior to Greenwood Builders starting which was not a problem as we carried on from where the previous contractor had finished.
This New build was to become a 4 bedroom house consisting of 4 levels which housed a dining room, lounge from the entrance hall which followed up to the kitchen & utility at garden level. The client chose a gloss white finish for both the kitchen and utility which worked with the colour scheme maintained throughout the property. Up to the next floor were 3 bedrooms and the master bathroom situated in the centre of the house. The customer opted to have built-in wardrobes with the door fronts matching the existing internal doors.
The master bedroom & ensuite was situated at the top of the property which had a Juliette balcony overlooking the garden. The customer also opted to have Solid Oak flooring throughout the whole of the property. Greenwood Builders decorated the entire property to the client’s requirements leaving an exceptional finish.
With all of our new builds, we supply our customers with a Handover Package. This contained all relevant documents & details about the build while also having all warranties and instructions.
