Greenwood Builders UK Ltd won the contract for a large two storey extension to the front of a property located in Bodicote. The extension created a large bedroom with en suite, a large entrance hall and two additional rooms to the front of the property.
Some of the works undertaken by Greenwood Builders included:
- Undertake all groundworks and drainage
- Construct extension to front of property
- From canopy walkway to side of property
- Form new concrete pathway
- Plaster skim extension complete
- Form a new opening into the new extension
- Lay flooring throughout extension
- Install new bathroom en-suite
- Decorate throughout property
