Greenwood Builders UK Ltd was awarded the contract for a renovation on this quirky barn studio in a small village outside of Banbury, Wroxton.
Works undertaken by Greenwood Builders included:
- Rip out old internal fittings and make new alterations
- Remove wall diving both rooms downstairs and install Steel
- Install new bathroom suite
- Remove old timber cladding & replace with reclaimed cladding
- Install spiral staircase for access to newly formed bedroom
- Lay new laminate flooring throughout
- Retro fit kitchen supplied by client
- Enlarge top gable windows and make create two opening window casements
- Plumbing and electric works
- Decorate property complete throughout to clients requirements
