Greenwood Builders was successful on a quotation for a small extension in the centre of Banbury. Due to the location, the property had limited access which meant that there was no back entrance to the garden so all works had to take place via access through the front door. All excavations up to the construction of the roof were wheelbarrowed through the front door of the property.
An old outbuilding was demolished first prior to any construction.
