Greenwood Builders UK Ltd was successful with a quotation for this beautiful stone extension in Milton. This extension was a completely different contrast to the regular rectangular shaped extension but instead was circular with a bespoke roof lantern constructed to the shape of the extension which sets the whole extension off.
In addition to the design, joist beams were left exposed as a feature to the circular light well as you look up through the glass lantern.
Constructed with stone and made watertight with a modern Sarnafil roof membrane with a 30-year guarantee.
With attention to detail being key with the craftsmanship at Greenwood Builders roof eaves were brought through as a feature complimenting the extension further finished in white to match timber work on the existing property.
All timber windows and doors were made to measure by our joiners and installed on-site, windows were pointed in with sand and cement down the window jams leaving a clean finish.
