Greenwood Builders UK Ltd was awarded the contract to construct a modern style extension at an Architects property in Banbury. This consisted of an external timber frame cladded in cedar shiplap with the roof cantilevering over the patio doors. The roof membrane was formed using Skia Sarnifil and installed by our verified contractors.
Works undertaken by Greenwood Builders included:
- Demolish outbuilding
- Dig and cast foundations
- Construct extension with an internal masonry block and timber frame on the external
- Install Aluminium Bi-fold doors to the patio area
- Clad extension in cedar cladding
- K Render to side of the extension
- Carry out electrical & plumbing works
- Install Skia Sarnifil roof membrane
- Second fix internals, doors, skirting & architraves
- Install new kitchen to extension
